  • Characteristics (such as ethnicity, language, nationality, country of birth, free school meal eligibility and student premium)
  • Attendance information (such as sessions attended, number of absences and absence reasons)
  • Behaviour information (records of students behaviour in school)
  • SEND or medical information (such as Educational Health Care Plans and access arrangements)
  • Curriculum information (such as School reports, Assessment data, Examination information)
  • Careers and destination data
  • Photographic images (student images may be used in internal and external promotional material in a variety of media such as the website, prospectus, the local newspaper)
